Brambleton Community Association — Ashburn, VA
A community-wide green-rejuvenator application across Brambleton's Sections 23, 29, and 30 and the Creighton Tennis Courts parking lot in August 2025 — twenty-eight named streets and alleys, with the section-by-section schedule published to residents before the crew arrived.
Brambleton is a master-planned community in Ashburn, Virginia — one of Loudoun County’s largest — where the community association maintains an extensive network of private streets, alleys, and shared parking areas on behalf of its residents.
In August 2025, the Brambleton Community Association ran a community-wide asphalt rejuvenation program with TriTechnologies across Sections 23, 29, and 30 — twenty-eight named streets and alleys on the association’s published street list (PDF) — plus the Creighton Tennis Courts parking lot. Work began August 18, with the section-by-section application schedule (PDF) running August 22–28 and published to residents in advance, so every street knew its treatment day before the crew arrived.
The association’s own project notice describes the engagement plainly: “The Association will be using a green asphalt rejuvenator from Tri Technologies.” Rejuvenation on a recurring cycle is exactly how a community this size keeps a road network ahead of oxidation — treat the binder before the surface fails, section by section, year over year.
The engagement is on the public record — the project notice, street list, and application schedule linked above are the association’s own postings on its community website.
