We want everyone to be able to read this site, use its forms, and reach us — regardless of how they browse. Here's where the site stands, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a barrier.
TriTechnologies aims for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The site is partially conformant today: most of it meets that standard, and the exceptions we know about are listed below.

What the site does
- Semantic HTML throughout: proper landmarks, one heading hierarchy per page, and labeled navigation regions.
- A skip-to-content link as the first tab stop on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
- Full keyboard operability: menus open on focus, dialogs trap focus and close with Escape, and every interactive control shows a visible focus indicator.
- Forms with programmatically-associated labels, marked required fields, and error and status messages announced to screen readers.
- Text alternatives on images — including individual descriptions for project photos — with decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and interface colors tuned to meet the AA contrast minimums, from body copy down to captions and fine print.
- Respect for the reduced-motion preference site-wide: scroll animations, the home-page background video, page-transition effects, and the customer-reviews carousel (where it is shown) are all disabled or stilled when your system asks for less motion — and the background video, along with that reviews carousel, each carry their own pause control as well.
Known limitations
This is the gap we know about and are working through:
- Webinar captions. Captions for the webinar video are in production. Until they ship, contact us and we'll provide the information in an accessible format.
The site is built and checked against these standards during development in Chromium-based browsers and Safari. Formal testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers hasn't been performed yet; it's planned, and this statement will be updated when it happens.
