Terms.
The ground rules for using this website — what the information here covers, how it relates to a signed contract, and what we ask of you in return.
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by TriTechnologies, Ltd. (“TriTechnologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a pavement-preservation contractor based in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area. By using the site, you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please don't use the site. The site and our services are intended for adults — by using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Effective date: August 7, 2026
1. The site is informational — nothing here is an offer
This website exists to explain our services and help you decide whether to contact us. The prices, price ranges, savings percentages, cost models, and plans shown anywhere on the site are illustrative planning figures, not quotes. Every property is different, and the scope, pricing, schedule, and terms of any actual work are set only by the written proposal and signed contract for that engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, and no contractor–client relationship is formed by reading the site, using the chat assistant, or submitting a form.
2. Performance information and results
Figures we cite about treatment performance — budget savings, pavement-life extension, laboratory and test-track results, and similar — come from manufacturer data, published research, and our field experience. They describe what the products and methods have achieved in the referenced conditions, not a promise about your pavement. Actual results depend on the condition, age, traffic, and environment of each surface.
3. Warranty
We offer a written Four-Year Performance Warranty on qualifying rejuvenator applications, and a written Three-Year Performance Warranty on qualifying Fused-Bonded Overlay™ installations. Those are the two we name by term. Any other work carries whatever warranty its own proposal states, which in some cases is none. Whether a warranty applies to a particular job — and its coverage, conditions, exclusions, and remedies — is established only by the proposal and signed contract for that engagement. Some pavement is in poor enough condition that we will decline to warrant the work, or will warrant it on different terms; when that happens it is stated in the proposal, and the proposal governs. Nothing described on this site creates, modifies, or extends any warranty. Except for what a signed contract expressly provides, the website itself and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. The AI chat assistant
The chat widget on this site is an automated AI assistant. It generates answers from our site content and general knowledge, and like any AI system it can be incomplete or wrong. Its answers are informational only — they are not a quote, a commitment, a site assessment, or professional advice, and they do not bind TriTechnologies. Anything that matters should be confirmed with a person: use the “talk to a human” option in the chat, the contact page, or 800-495-5679. How chat conversations are handled and stored is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your submissions
When you send us information through the contact form, quote request, or chat — including any photos you attach — you confirm it's accurate to your knowledge, that it's yours to share, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you, prepare estimates, carry out work, and keep ordinary business records, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please don't submit sensitive personal information or anything confidential — these channels aren't designed for it.
6. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site content or data.
- Submit spam, malicious content, or someone else's personal information through the forms or chat.
- Probe, disable, or circumvent the site's security and abuse protections, rate limits.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, photography, and video — is owned by TriTechnologies, Ltd. or used under license from its creators, as credited on the attributions page. You may view and share links to the site freely; please don't republish substantial portions of it without permission. Third-party product names used on this site — including Delta Mist, Revolution BLACK, and CPR — are trademarks of their respective owners, acknowledged in full on the attributions page.
8. Third-party links and content
The site links to third-party resources — manufacturer websites, government and research publications, our Google Business Profile (and, where shown, the customer reviews from it), and image-source pages. Those sites and materials belong to their owners; linking to them isn't an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriTechnologies, Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any other damages, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the information on it — including decisions made in reliance on site content or chat-assistant answers. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section covers the website only; liability for contracted work is governed by the signed contract for that engagement, not by these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be enforced to the greatest extent the law allows. If we don't enforce a provision on one occasion, we haven't waived it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TriTechnologies about your use of this website — they do not modify, replace, or become part of any signed contract for work.
12. Changes to these terms & contact
We may update these terms as the site or our practices change; when we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Questions are welcome at:
