Locally, we cover the I-95 corridor between DC and Richmond plus southern Maryland — a two-hour radius from our Fredericksburg, VA shop. Nationally, we travel for commercial portfolios and community associations across the country — shopping centers, distribution networks, airport facilities, and multi-site maintenance programs. What payment terms do you offer?

NET 30 and 60 terms for established commercial accounts, with progress billing on larger multi-phase projects and flexible payment plans where the budget needs them. We also offer military, school, and church discounts, and multi-property savings. Municipal work follows the awarding agency's terms. New clients should plan on a deposit at scheduling and the balance at completion; we'll confirm the schedule in writing when we send the proposal.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. TriTechnologies is a licensed Virginia Class A contractor — DPOR #2705144755, specialty Asphalt Paving and Seal Coating, licensed since 2012 — and carries commercial insurance. Certificates and bonding documentation are provided with proposals on request.

What photos help the most?

Wide shots that show the full lot or section in question, close-ups of any specific cracks, potholes, or worn striping you're worried about, and one or two angles that capture how vehicles flow through the space. Photos taken when the surface is dry read more clearly than wet ones. If photos aren't easy, don't sweat it — we can walk the site during the assessment.

Do you charge for an on-site assessment?

No — the on-site assessment is free. We walk the property, hand you a one-sheet report, and give a straight recommendation, even when the honest answer is 'not yet.' Call 800-495-5679 or send us your project details to set one up.

Will you give a real quote without visiting?

We'll give you a range and a recommendation based on what you send us, and we'll be clear about the assumptions behind it. A binding number requires us on site — pavement condition, drainage, traffic patterns, and access constraints all move the price, and we don't quote tight without seeing the lot.
